Overview

Supply and delivery of plywood boards for DWS Construction South in the Western Cape. This open-tender invites suppliers of plywood boards and related timber products with capacity to deliver to Paarl, and that meet SA procurement requirements (SBD forms, NT GCC, SARS tax compliance, CSD/CIPC).

Requirements

• Submit bids on official forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and include pricing schedules; cannot modify documents.
• Tax and supplier pre-qualifications: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or SARS Tax Clearance; CSD registration; active CIPC registration; separate TCS for consortium members.
• Compulsory declarations: SBD4 (disclosures) and declaration of interest; proof of authority to sign (board resolution or equivalent).
• B-BBEE: include valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification or approved EME/QSE affidavit.
• Technical: provide product datasheets; complete SBD1, and, if requested, 100x100mm samples for items to demonstrate compliance with technical specs.
• Contract framework: NTGCC applied; SCC to be issued as applicable; payments by Electronic Funds Transfer; potential penalties for delays; adherence to delivery schedule.
• Local and ownership preferences: claims for 80/20 preference points with specific goals (Women, Disability, Youth, Western Cape location) supported by Annexures.
