Supply and delivery of Pneumatic Actuators to Matimba Power Station over a period of five (5) years on an as-and-when required

Overview

The procurement is for the supply and delivery of Pneumatic Actuators to Matimba Power Station over five years on an as-and-when required basis. Bidders should be qualified manufacturers or suppliers of pneumatic actuators, with capability to service power-station environments and comply with Eskom’s quality and SHE requirements (ISO 9001 QMS, preservation and documentation standards). The contract appears to be governed by NEC3 with Eskom as the Purchaser and uses Eskom’s eTendering portal for submission.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based QMS (manual, policy, objectives) and evidence of QMS in operation (organization chart, supplier control).
• Draft Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and preservation/verification documents (Form A, preservation records).
• Compliance with Eskom SHE rules and related acts; supplier induction for personnel; contractor management and penalties for non-conformances.
• Documentation to prove local content/BBEE where applicable and SBD annexures (A, B, C, D, E, F, G1–G4, H, I, J) and pricing schedules.
• Technical evaluation criteria require proof of prior spare parts delivery to Eskom sites and defined spare lead times.
• Cataloguing, labeling, and post-award QA commitments as per ITT.
