Overview

RFQ BS 800 – Supply and delivery of polycarbonate roof ridging for UShaka Marine World. Bidders should be service providers with experience in roofing components or polycarbonate fabrication, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal, and able to supply 50 ridge caps to Durban, including delivery, sample approval, and installation-friendly terms.

Requirements

• Registration on the CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal (mandatory) and tax/VAT compliance status verification.
• Fully completed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and submission on official forms or online per instructions.
• Tax clearance or SARS TCS PIN (and proof if available); CSD number if no TCS.
• Supply exactly 50 polycarbonate ridge caps (size 295mm x 710mm, 4mm thick, clear) meeting the sample/spec drawings.
• Sample approval before completion; deliveries to Ushaka Marine World Maintenance Stores; delivery Mon–Fri 8:00–16:00 with prior arrangement.
