Overview

Supply and delivery of polycarbonate filter holder units for the Department of Water and Sanitation. The open tender invites suppliers of lab equipment and plastics components to bid for this delivery of a filtration accessory; RSA bidders with appropriate manufacturing/supply capabilities are eligible. The bid package requires standard government procurement compliance (SARS tax clearance, CSD registration, BBBEE considerations) and adherence to the Department’s electronic submission process. Requirements

• RSA bidder eligibility; tax compliance with SARS PIN or TCS; CSD registration (or CSD details).
• If applicable, separate TCS/PIN for joint ventures or subcontractors; CSD number if no TCS.
• VAT registration and full BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Complete and submit official forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4, SBD 6.1.
• Pricing must be firm; pricing schedules for each delivery point if applicable.
• Mandatory briefing session; documents must be on official forms; submission by electronic method only.
• Adherence to GCC/GCC SCC terms and related contracting conditions.
