Overview

Procure and deliver polyurethane joint sealant for the Qamata Irrigation Scheme canal rehabilitation in the Eastern Cape. Bidders should have capability to supply sealants for civil/irrigation works and meet SA public procurement rules, including local Eastern Cape preference criteria.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; provide CSD number or proof (and/or CSD report).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN and/or Tax Clearance status; may submit TCS certificate.
• Active registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) and provide certificate.
• Complete and sign the required forms: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 4 ( Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 ( Preference Points); submit pricing on the Pricing Schedule and SBD 3.1 where applicable.
• Technical documents: provide Technical Datasheets/Brochures for item 1 and item 2; clearly indicate items supplied.
• Ownership and location verification: Annexure 1 (Percentage Ownership Affidavit) and Annexure 2 (Location of Enterprise) with supporting documents (proof of premises or rental).
• BBBEE: provide SANAS-verifiable BBBEE status certificate or approved affidavit for EME/QSE; or indicate status and attach proof.
• Authority to sign: letter of appointment or board/resolution authorising the signatory.
