Overview

Supply and delivery of C&I positioners and switches used on Medupi Power Station equipment for 3 years (36 months) on an as-and-when-required basis. Bidders should have capabilities in electrical/instrumentation spare parts supply, OEM supply, and QA/compliance for critical plant spares.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: meet Tender Data criteria (no Eskom/SOC restrictions, not sanction-listed nationalities, not submit multiple bids, no conflict of interest).
• Returnables and compliance: complete Annexures A–J and SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1/6.2) and Local/Imported Content declarations (Annexures C–F, G1–G4).
• Quality/standards: ISO 9001/QMS presence; adhere to the SOW and provide QA documentation (QCP/ITP) and calibration data as requested.
• Pre-qualifications: CIDB registration (if applicable), CPA local content requirements, and tax-related pre-qualifications where required.
• Contract specifics: 3-year term; spares supply with obsolescence replacements within specified times; deliveries via task orders.
