Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS).
• Submit quotations on prescribed documents in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with quotation number and description; place in the Municipal Quotation Box before 11h00 on 07 August 2026.
• Quotation box is open 24/7; late submissions or those via email/facsimile will not be considered.
• Quotations evaluated under Swellendam Municipality’s Preferential Procurement Policy (80/20); not bound to the lowest bid.
• Technical inquiries must be in writing; no inquiries in the last two days before closing.
• Bids remain valid for 60 days from the closing date.
