Requirements

• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN.
• Quotations must be on prescribed documents, sealed, and placed in the Municipal Quotation Box at 11 Lind Street, Swellendam, by 11:00 on 07 August 2026.
• Late or non-sealed submissions will not be considered.
• Evaluation per the municipality’s Preferential Procurement Policy; 80/20-point system; Council may accept part or all quotations.
