Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of printer cartridges and related consumables on an ad hoc basis for a 36‑month contract. Open tender by the City of Cape Town (SCM). Eligible bidders include manufacturers or authorised dealers of printer cartridges with OEM accreditation for brands such as HP, Brother, Lexmark, Samsung, OKI, Epson, Kyocera, and Konica Minolta (proof required). Requirements

• Compliance with the CCT SCM Policy and tender conditions; no abuse of the SCM system; complete required returnable documents.
• Minimum functionality: total 60/100, using Schedule F.13A/F.13B evaluations (performance letters from clients; product quality and delivery metrics).
• Proof of OEM accreditation for each item tendered; if using a distributor/partner, OEM accreditation for that arrangement.
• Tax clearance status (SARS) and separate KPIs for JV partners; evidence via Tax Compliance Pin.
• Registration on CCT Supplier Database and National Treasury CSD; keep records up to date.
• Declarations: Interest, Conflicts of Interest, Past SCM Practices, Independent Tender Determination, and related forms.
• Occupational Health and Safety considerations; provide Health and Safety Plan if requested.
• Site/clarification attendance and ability to supply samples or documentation as requested.
• Additional: bid validity, confidentiality, and anti‑fraud provisions; CCT may request additional documentation (e.g., performance letters, client references). (See attached tender doc)
