Overview

Supply and delivery of nine printers, thirty laminating machines and thirty laptops for CET College centres (INCT 4). Bidders with ICT hardware supply capability (laptops, printers, laminators) and experience with public/educational sector procurement, and that meet statutory prereqs (tax clearance, CSD registration, and ICT reseller registration) should consider bidding.

Requirements

• Valid SARS tax clearance with PIN and tax compliance status
• CK (company registration) document and certified IDs for directors
• Municipal rates statement or lease/council proof of address
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report
• Separate quotation on company letterhead; completed SBD 4
• SBD 1 and SBD 3.1 alignment (if mismatch, bid may be invalid)
• Proof of ICT equipment reseller registration
• Locality to Eastern Cape; PPPFA-specific goals documentation if claiming points
