Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of printing works/materials for Tambach Teachers College (TAMCO13/2026/2027). The open national tender accommodates eligible bidders (with a note that the tender is reserved for women) and may cover one or more lots. Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: no involvement in fraud/corruption; not debarred; no conflicts of interest; JV members liable; nationality as defined; tax clearance when required.

• Goods compliance: origin from eligible countries; conformity to technical specs; list of spare parts and maintenance support.
• Documentation and security: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender Securing Declaration; JV agreements if applicable; required licenses and registrations as per the TDS.
• Specific Kenyan requirements: tax clearance certificate; PPRA debarment checks; compliance with local procurement rules.

How to Apply

• Deadline and submission: deliver sealed tenders to Tambach Teachers College Boardroom by 21/07/2026 at 11:00am (paper submission). Late tenders are rejected. (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY PRINTING WORKS)
• Fees and documents: obtain tender documents for a non-refundable KSh 1,000 (cash or bank cheque); electronic copies on www.tambachteacherstraining.co.ke are free. Downloaded docs must be registered by emailing tambachttc@yahoo.com.
• Submission method: hand-deliver in a sealed envelope with “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” appropriately marked; include power of attorney for signing and any JV documentation.
• Pre-bid: clarifications and possible pre-tender meeting per ITT 6; responses to queries shared with all applicants.
• Required registrations/documents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or declaration, Manufacturer Authorization (if required), evidence of eligibility and qualifications, and any TDS-required documents (Section IV forms).
