Overview

Supply and delivery of production workers PPE Entabeni Plantation. SAFCOL invites PPE suppliers to quote for outfitting Entabeni Plantation workers; suitable bidders include PPE manufacturers and distributors with local-content capacity, SBEE status verification (SANAS or sworn affidavit), tax clearance, and CSD registration.

Requirements

• Complete RFQ document and submit on company letterhead; quotations via email.
• Provide latest Tax Clearance and SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• CSD registration (or register within 7 working days of award); IDs of company directors.
• Returnable documents: official quotation, tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA number, director IDs.
• Prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; compliance with SAFCOL and general RFQ conditions; participation may require SBD forms.
• Local content requirement: 100% local content for PPE; complete SBD 6.2 and Annex C for points.
• Evaluation includes Administrative Compliance, Mandatory Requirements, Functionality, then Price and Specific Goals.
