Overview

SAFCOL seeks quotes for the supply and delivery of production workers PPE for Uitsoek Plantation. Suitable bidders are PPE suppliers/distributors (manufacturers preferred) with demonstrated ability to source and deliver to SAFCOL, compliant with local content (100%), B-BBEE (SANAS-accredited) or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs, and up-to-date tax/CSD registrations.

Requirements

• Complete RFQ fully on company letterhead; return with SBD forms.
• SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Tax clearance and SARS e-Filing compliance; CSD registration (register within 7 days if not already).
• Returnable documents: latest Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA number, ID copies of directors.
• If bidding as JV, consolidated BEE certificate.
• Local content: PPE 100% local content; complete SBD 6.2 and Annex C.
• Compliance with SAFCOL supplier code of conduct; no late/incomplete submissions; no brand-brand bias notified before closing.
• Disqualifications: tax non-compliance, false declarations, restricted suppliers, or non-compliance with specifications.
