Overview

SAFCOL invites bids to supply and deliver production workers PPE for Wilgeboom Plantation. Suitable bidders are PPE/uniform suppliers capable of delivering items such as chainsaw pants/tunic, orange jackets, T-shirts, rainsuits, socks, safety boots, and 14 oz denim trousers in multiple sizes, with full local content compliance and B-BBEE verification requirements.

Requirements

• Fully complete the RFQ on company letterhead.
• Submit quotation by email to RFQCentralNSP@safcol.co.za (subject: RFQ/WILG/009/2026 and description); include all required documents.
• Provide SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit attested by a Commissioner of Oaths.
• Include latest SARS tax clearance, CSD (or MAAA number), and ID copies of company directors.
• Complete SBD forms and return with the quotation.
• Deliver 100% local content and complete SBD6.2 and Annex C (Local Content) documentation.
• For Joint Ventures, provide consolidated BEE certificate.
• Prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; no delivery before official purchase order.

• Briefing: None (no compulsory briefing session).
• Documents to submit (returnable): Fully completed RFQ, official quotation on letterhead, latest Tax Clearance, BBBEE certificate (SANAS) or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA, and IDs of directors.
