Overview

Procurement: supply and delivery of promotional items. Quotation Q2026/11 invites service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database to supply rulers, pens, flyers/pamphlets, key rings, USB drives and HDMI cables, with price evaluated on an 80/20 basis and 20 specific goals points (HDI and local promotion). Ideal bidders are suppliers capable of printing/distributing branded Disaster Management materials and meeting volumes (e.g., 2,500 rulers, 1,500 pens, 2,000 flyers, 500 key rings, 20 USBs, 1 HDMI cable). Submission is valid for 30 days.

Requirements

• Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and provide a CSD report.
• Tax clearance or SARS PIN (TCS) required; foreign bidders must complete a pre-award questionnaire.
• Returnable documents: certified IDs for all directors, bank details, CSD copy, company registration, JV CKs (if applicable), IDs for directors, proof of municipal rates, SARS PIN, and completion of Municipal Bid Documents.
• Compliance with 80/20 preferential system: 80 points for price, 20 for specific goals (HDI status and district promotion).
• Specific goals documentation: proof of HDI status (e.g., ownership by Black person, Youth, Female, Disability) and promotion of enterprises located in Amajuba District (with supporting docs).

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 23 October 2026 at 12:00. Proposals must be deposited in the tender box at Reception, B9356 Amajuba Road, Madadeni; late, emailed, or non-tender-box submissions will not be considered.
• Submission method: hard-copy quotations on official forms (or online where indicated); envelopes must be sealed and correctly numbered.
• Documents to submit: complete MBD forms (MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) plus all returnable documents listed above; include TCS PIN/CSD details.
