Overview

This RFQ seeks the supply and delivery of promotional material for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment. Requirements

• Returnable documents: completed and signed SBDs (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1), supplier formal quotation, and CSD report.
• Tax/compliance: provide Tax Compliance Status (PIN) via SARS e-Filing or a printed TCS certificate; if no TCS PIN, provide CSD number; separate TCS/CSD for joint ventures or sub-contractors.
• Preference points: 80/20 system; specific-goals points up to 20 (claims require SBD 6.1, medical certificate if applicable, B-BBEE documentation or sworn affidavit, and ownership certificate).
• Delivery terms: prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive; goods to be delivered only after an official purchase order; DFFE may negotiate or reject quotes not in prescribed format.
• Privacy: bidder and DFFE must comply with POPIA provisions.
