Overview

Supply and delivery of Promotional Material to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) at Environment House, Pretoria. The RFQ targets suppliers with branding capabilities for promotional items, screen printing, and handling artwork (to be provided to the winning supplier). Annexure A lists item specs (see Promotions material items) and branding must feature the SA flag/logo.

Requirements

• Formal quotation on company letterhead, including VAT per item, banking details, and CSD MAQA/MAAA number.
• Submissions to the specified RFQ email addresses with the RFQ number in the subject; closing date 16 July 2026 11:00.
• Complete and sign SBD forms (SBD4, SBD6.1) and provide CSD/TCS documentation; tax compliance required.
• Use the 80/20 preference point system (price 80, specific goals 20); provide proof for specific goals (Black ownership, Women, or Persons with disabilities) if claiming points.
• If forming a JV/consortium, ownership must meet specific goals thresholds; provide required ownership certificates and medical certificate if claiming for disability.
• Price must be firm and VAT inclusive; delivery to Environment House, Pretoria; no delivery before official PO.
• Annexure A specifications apply; artwork supplied by DFFE; all branding as screen print.
• Compliance with POPIA and other conditions; non-compliance may disqualify.

• Submission method: formal quotation on company letterhead; email to Quotations@dffe.gov.za.
• Documents to submit: completed and signed SBDs (SBD4, SBD6.1), supplier formal quotation, CSD report (MAAA), tax/compliance documents.
• Required registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD registration; Tax Compliance Status (PIN) via SARS or CSD number; SBD forms as applicable.
• Briefing session: none (no compulsory briefing).
