Overview

Procurement of branded promotional materials for NRWDI stakeholder engagement, including 100 executive notebooks with 8GB USB drives and pens, and 100 NRWDI desk flags, delivered to Midrand. Suitable for suppliers of promotional items, branding, printing, and corporate gifts with ability to provide samples and pre-production approvals (see RFQ document RFQ FOR PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL FOR STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT.pdf).

Requirements

• Mandatory RFQ compliance: quote fully with price table, submitted before closing; via the correct email; provide two verifiable reference letters; submit ID copies of owners/directors; online samples as required.
• Branding and samples: NRWDI logo on all materials; submit pre-production and final design samples for approval before bulk production.
• Documentation: complete and submit SBD forms (SBD 4 & 6.1); provide BBBEE certificate or affidavit; confirm ISO 9001:2015 status if applicable; register on the CSD (foreign bidders with no local entity exempt).
• Tax and eligibility: ensure tax matters are in order; not listed on restricted/tender defaulters registers.
• Delivery: deliver to 72 New Road, Glen Austin AH, Midrand 1685; comply with delivery date requirements as stated (RFQ timeline).
• Evaluation: prices on 80/20 basis; 20 points for specific goals (black/women ownership as per the table); provide evidence (Shareholder certificates, IDs, CSD, B-BBEE docs).
• General: RFQ subject to National Treasury General Conditions of Contract; responses must be via procurement email (procurement@nrwdi.org.za) (RFQ document).
