Requirements

• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration with proof or provide CSD registration number.
• Complete MBD4, 6.1, 8 & 9 forms.
• Certificate of Authority to sign all documents, signed by the board and on letterhead; tender document signed by an authorized person.
• Tenderers must quote per the specification on their letterhead with detailed scope.
• 80/20 Preference Points: 80 price, 20 specific goals (100% SA citizen ownership = 10 points; 50% ownership = 5; <50% = 2.5); promotion within KZN = 10 points; address verification via CSD/utility document.
• Price must be valid for 180 days.
• Tenders must be deposited in the uMzimkhulu Municipality tender box; late tenders not accepted; only on municipality-provided documents.

• Submission method: physical deposit in the tender box at 169 Main Street, uMzimkhulu.
• Documents to submit: municipality-provided tender documents; CSD proof or number; MBD forms; Certificate of Authority; signed company letterhead with specifications.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration (proof or number) and company authority to sign.
