Overview

• Proven experience as a PPE/clothing supplier; must provide samples of bid items.
• Mandatory returnables: original certified ID of owner; proof of company registration (CIPC) or ID for sole proprietor; recent municipal accounts for bidder and for directors (or affidavits verifying residence/area); full CSD report; completed MBD 3.1 stamped and MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9 submitted; bid on company letterhead.
