Overview

Supply and delivery of protective clothing and safety footwear for the Bergrivier Municipality stores for the contract period from appointment to 30 June 2027. It is an Open Tender for PPE/workwear and safety footwear, suitable for PPE suppliers/distributors capable of servicing municipal stores. Key eligibility: registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number; a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for preference points; VAT registration for contracts exceeding R1,000,000.

• VAT registration required for contracts > R1,000,000
• Bid validity: 120 days
• CIDB grading: not required (NO LEVEL AND CATEGORY: N/A)
• Bids must be on official forms (MBDs, Pricing Schedule) and accompanied by PPPFA/B-BBEE forms
