Overview

Supply and delivery of protective uniforms for traffic, law enforcement and fire officials of Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2029. Bidders should be experienced PPE/uniform suppliers with public-sector bid experience, VAT registered, and able to meet SARS/Central Supplier Database requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB: NO level or category required.
• Compulsory briefing/site meeting: 04 August 2026 at 11:00 (Traffic Department, 13 Vervoer Crescent, Piketberg).
• All bids valid for 120 days after closing.
• Compliance: Tax Compliance Status PIN/CSD number must accompany the bid; foreign bidders may need a pre-award questionnaire.
• PPPFA 80/20 preference points: complete MBD 6.1; submit BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Documents to submit (on original forms): MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9, MBD 10, Pricing Schedule, Form of Offer, Declaration, Indemnity.
• Additional: Bid must be in black ink on original documentation; no late, incomplete, faxed or emailed bids; Council may award in whole or part.
