Supply and Delivery of Quechers Consumables for the Laboratory – RFP/LAB/QUECHERS/2026/03Closed

Overview

The PPECB invites bids for the supply and delivery of QuEChERS laboratory consumables (RFP/LAB/QUECHERS/2026/03). Bidders should be capable in laboratory consumables, with AOAC-compliant products, and be prepared to a 3-year contract with a possible 2-year extension.

Requirements

• Minimum AOAC 2007.01 compliance for all QuEChERS items (12 items listed; refer Addendum A).
• Accreditation: e.g., ISO 9001.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; include Master Registration Number in SBD1.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or provide CSD number; ensure tax/compliance status.
• B-BBEE: provide valid status certificate (or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs); JV/consortium must submit consolidated B-BBEE docs.
• Tender documents: signed authority to sign, NDA Annexure A, SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1), tax clearance, and related returnables; disclosure of conflicts of interest.
• Insurance and performance: evidence of insurance; 12-month guarantee for delivered goods; EPCB may require contractual terms and data protection.
• Delivery scope: lead time, stock availability, and performance criteria as evaluated (see Annexure and Section 6).

• Documentation to prepare: Company cover letter, SBD forms, BBBEE, Joint Venture agreements (if applicable), COI/COA for products, and Safety Data Sheets; Annexure A for references; Tax/PIN/CSD documentation; non-disclosure agreement.
