Suitable for suppliers of rubber-plastic spare parts and related maintenance services with capability to supply to Eskom sites, and with a quality management system (ISO 9001) and strong safety/compliance credentials.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based QMS with Supplier Quality Management requirements and related quality plans (Quality Plan/Contract Quality Plan) per 240-105658000 Rev 4.
• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender Rev 12 and related tender data; not allowed to subcontract 100% of the scope.
• Adherence to Eskom Life-Saving Rules and OHS requirements (Annexure B Safety) and related safety governance.
• Execution of Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact and signing of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with suppliers (files: Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact - 02 June 2023 (1).pdf; Non-Disclosure Agreement for vendors template.pdf).
• Declaration/returnable documents: Supplier Declaration of Interest, PAYE Questionnaire, and other supplier evaluation materials (Supplier Declaration of Interest; PAYE Questionnaire; Supplier Evaluation Pack 2026/2027).
• Compliance with Eskom procurement policies, including CIDB/PPPFA references and related guidelines as applicable (Supplier Quality Management spec references 32-1034, CIDB/PPPFA guidance).
• Environmental and safety commitments (Environmental Management System requirements and related contractor indemnity letters/assessments).
