Overview

The ARC invites quotes for the supply and delivery of rear tractor tires (420/85 R24 BKT RT855 or similar) with tyre fitting and delivery to ARC-Infruitec Nietvoorbij, Stellenbosch. Bidders should be experienced agricultural tire suppliers able to fit and deliver, and must meet administrative pre-qualifications (CSD, BEE, CK certificate, tax pin) and submit Standard Bidding Documents. Requirements

• Copy of company CK registration and completed specification list with all boxes ticked.
• Valid BEE status and valid Tax PIN.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration number and full CSD report.
• Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms.
• Ability to claim specific goals for 20 points (HDI, women, youth, PwD, SMME/RDP) with supporting documentation.
• Warranty/guarantee details for goods, and relevant service documentation if applicable.
• Goods/services to be delivered to ARC Institute at the stated address; prices include VAT and delivery.
