Overview

Eskom invites bids to supply and deliver refractory cast cement and factory bricks for Hendrina Power Station under a 5-year NEC3 contract. The work covers on-demand supply of refractory cement and bricks to Hendrina Power Station on an "as and when required" basis. Suitable bidders are manufacturers or suppliers of refractory materials with capacity to scale, able to meet Eskom’s OHS, ISO 9001 and local-content requirements, and to participate via Eskom’s e-tendering platform. The tender allows sole bidders or joint ventures; there is no Clarification Meeting. Submissions close 21 October 2026 (10:00) per the ITT, submitted electronically via Eskom E-tendering; no hard copies; file-size limits apply. Required documents include Annexures A–J, SBD forms, and the Pricing Schedule/BOQ in PDF and Excel.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance per Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender: no international sanctions; not more than one tender; no conflicts of interest; no 100% subcontracting.
