Overview

Supply and delivery of replacement parts compatible with the Bell 315SJ Tractor Loader Backhoe to Siyathemba Local Municipality. Suitable bidders are suppliers of new, interchangeable Bell 315SJ spare parts with delivery capability to Prieska (RFQ value roughly R30,000–R300,000).

Requirements

• Parts must be new, unused, defect-free, and fully compatible with Bell 315SJ.
• Equivalents allowed if fully interchangeable and supported by technical documentation (datasheets, cross-references).
• Minimum 12-month warranty; defective parts replaced at supplier’s cost.
• Delivery to municipal stores/workshop within 30 days of PO; quotation must specify delivery period.
• Prices include all costs (delivery, packaging, handling, insurance); VAT shown separately.
• Each delivery must include delivery note, tax invoice, packing list, and warranty docs.
• Municipality may inspect on delivery; rejected items replaced within 5 working days.
• Supplier to provide technical support and documentation; manufacturer certificates may be requested.

• Mandatory compliance; non-responsive bids may be rejected; single award extends to one provider.
