Overview

Supply and delivery of RF cables and connectors on an as and when required basis for a period of five (5) years. This open-tender is issued by NTCSA/Eskom for suppliers of RF telecom cables/connectors. Suitable bidders should have telecoms/electrical procurement capability, a kvalitQMS such as ISO 9001, and readiness to comply with Eskom’s procurement rules, local-content and B-BBEE requirements. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the Eskom NTCSA e-Tender portal, with a non-compulsory briefing held by MS Teams (18 Aug 2026).

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based Supplier Quality Management System and Eskom QMS requirements.
• Complete mandatory returnables: Authorisation Form, Acknowledgement Form, Tenderer’s particulars, Integrity Declaration, Local Content declarations, SBD 1, Tax Clearance, CPA documentation (local/IG where applicable) and related annexures (A–F, G2–G4, H, E) as specified in the ITT.
• Compliance with Local Content and CPA rules (CPA for local/foreign goods), plus related supporting schedules.
• Tax clearance certificates (local and foreign where applicable).
• Pricing to be submitted via Annexure K (Pricing Schedule) in PDF and Excel; adhere to CPA formulae and exchange-rate guidance.
• Adhere to Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and the general contract framework (NEC3 style data in the draft contract).
• Environmental/OHS considerations and other supporting requirements as referenced in annexures.
