Overview

• Authority of Signatory and Official Tender Form completed; where relevant, Joint Venture Agreement or Power of Attorney.
• Evidence of experience: at least 2 RFID/tag-label supply projects to libraries in the last 6 years, with client reference letters.
• Product details: catalogue, technical specifications, and photos; proof of tools/equipment for bid scope.
• Subcontracting: disclose any work to be sub-contracted and provide sub-contractor details.
• Compliance with returnable documents and mandatory questionnaires as per SCT.
