Overview

Procurement: Supply and delivery of ride-on lawnmowers to Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2027. Who should bid: service providers capable of supplying petrol commercial zero-turn mowers that meet the detailed specifications, with required registrations (CSD/TCS), BBBEE compliance, and ability to deliver within six weeks. Requirements

• Fixed prices inclusive of VAT; delivery period of 6 weeks; penalty of R1,000/day for delays.
• Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); provide CSD number and SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN.
• Submit an original B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; 80/20 (price) plus BBBEE and locality points; complete Preferential Procurement forms.
• Provide Tax Clearance status and CSD PIN; bidding documents must include MBD forms and annexures.
• Bids must be sealed and delivered by the deadline; late, faxed, or electronic submissions will not be considered.
• Ensure compliance with PPPFA, GCC, and any special conditions; include three reference letters.
• Delivery and after-sales data: compliance with the given mower specifications and a 1-year guarantee.
