Supply and delivery of river sand to Ntabelanga Dam near Maclear in the Eastern Cape Province. Bidders capable of_bulk supply (1500 tons), meeting river sand specifications, delivering within 14 days after order, and compliant with tax, registration and BBBEE requirements are invited to bid (PPPFA 80/20 evaluation; compulsory briefing; sample and testing steps).

Requirements

• Attendance of the compulsory site briefing (25 August 2026, 10:00).
• Complete and sign the official forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, and, where applicable, SBD 6.1.
• Tax and registration compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN, CSD registration, and SARS tax compliance checks.
• Company registrations: CSD, SARS, and CIPC where relevant; proof of authority to sign for bids.
• BBBEE: Submit B-BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Annexures: Annexure 1 (Percentage Ownership) and Annexure 2 (Location of enterprise) with proof.
• Technical/spec compliance: River sand must meet the stated grading and impurity criteria; 1500 tons quantity with delivery as specified; Phase 4 sample requirement if invited.
