Supply and delivery of rugged tablets to Swellendam Municipality. Bidders should be hardware suppliers/distributors capable of supplying rugged tablets and delivering to municipal sites, and must follow the RFQ process including submission of a valid Tax Compliance Status PIN and participation in the 80/20 evaluation. Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS)
• Quotations must be submitted on prescribed documents and placed in the Municipal Quotation Box at 11 Lind Street
• Late quotations or those submitted by email/fax will not be considered
• Evaluated under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy; Council may accept in full or in part
