Overview

Supply and delivery of saddle clamps and related plumbing and mechanical components for Ugu District Municipality. This open tender seeks quotes for the supply of saddle clamps, pipe fittings, a borehole pump and related items listed in the price schedule, to Park Rynie stores. Suitable for hardware, plumbing and civil-infrastructure suppliers with capability to deliver to local stores.

Requirements

• Official bidding forms: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9 completed and signed.
• Registration and compliance: CSD current, SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN) and, if applicable, CIDB registration; certified IDs for directors/owners; proof of municipal service payments.
• Specific goals: claim BBBEE points with proof (EME/QSE ownership certificates and sworn affidavits); local district/provincial location documentation.
• Documentation to claim points: CIPC shareholders certificate and sworn affidavit for ownership; any required affidavits for local enterprise status.
• Delivery/contract viability: evidence of ability to meet delivery terms; confirmation that bid remains valid for 30 days from closing.
• Submissions must be on official forms and deposited in the bid box; late or non-compliant bids will be disqualified.
