Overview

Supply and delivery of SAFETY BARRICADE NETTING. Johannesburg Water invites bids from suppliers capable of providing orange safety barricade netting (1m x 50m). Eligible bidders should be able to submit brand names and manufacture datasheets, provide samples, and meet PPPFA/BBBEE requirements. Submissions must be via the E-Tender Portal and bidders should be registered on CSD; briefing is at 1296 Mofokeng St, Soweto.

Requirements

• Full completion of BOQ/specification; attendance at compulsory site briefing; attach datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification; comply with PPPFA/GCC; and quotes on company letterhead.
• No quotes from parties in the service of the state; not blacklisted; PDFs only.
• Submit a joint venture agreement if applicable.
• Administrative documents: Original tax clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal rates not older than 90 days; MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9; proof of CSD registration; MBD 6.1; company registration documents with director IDs.
• Provide manufacture datasheet and brand names for all items; samples required (see 6000080580 SAFETY BARRICADE NETTING.pdf).

• Submit on the E-tender Portal by 16 July 2026, 12:00. Follow portal steps: login with CSD credentials, select supplier, attach compulsory documents, and submit.
• Briefing session details: at 1296 Mofokeng St, Soweto, Klipspruit 1809 (check attached RFQ for date/time; briefing may be mandatory).
• Required documents to attach (PDF on letterhead): BOQ/spec, datasheets, tax clearance, BBBEE, MBD forms, CSD supplier number, lease/municipal statement if applicable, and company registration docs.
