Requirements

• AGPO-Women reserved eligibility; open only to that category.
• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act and Competition Act; include Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tax clearance certificate (or tax exemption) from Kenya Revenue Authority.
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration as specified.
• If the bidder does not manufacture the goods, Manufacturer’s Authorization and, if applicable, JV arrangements with defined representative(s).
• Conformity to technical specifications in the Schedule of Requirements; evidence of eligibility of goods/related services.

• Deadline: 28 July 2026 at 10:00 A.M (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SANITARY AND CLEANING MATERIALS).
• Submission: hard copy to the Chief Officer of Finance; deposit to Tender Box Outside Supply Chain Management Office, Bungoma.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Manufacturer's Authorization (if needed); JV documents (if applicable); tax clearance; evidence of eligibility and conformity.
