Overview

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SANITERY WARE MATERIALS TO REPAIR AND DO MAINTENANCE ON STRUCTURES AND BUILDING AT SCHEMES THAT REPORT UNDER TZANEEN AREA OFFICE WITHIN NORTHERN OPERATIONS. The Department of Water and Sanitation (Northern Operations, TZaneen) seeks open bids from suppliers to provide sanitary ware and related fittings (toilet suites, basins, urinals, baths, taps, traps, accessories) for maintenance works at TZaneen schemes, with products meeting SABS specs. Bidders must be tax compliant and registered on CSD (or provide Tax Compliance Status) and submit SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1 and other returnables; joint ventures require authority documents. The process uses a phased evaluation and local preference provisions.

Requirements

• Tax compliance (TCS PIN or SARS) or CSD registration, with proof.
• Active registration with CIPC/CIPRO and CK certificate; company profile and track record.
• CSD comprehensive report and Proof of taxpayer status.
• SBD forms: SBD1, SBD3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD4, SBD6.1.
• B-BBEE Status Level Verification certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Letter of authority to sign bidding documents; CVs of relevant employees; General Conditions of Contract.

• Compliance with the detailed goods specification (Phase 1) listing 25+ sanitary ware items; indicate comply or non-comply and deviations if any.
• JV/consortium arrangements require authority documents and clear structuring.
• CSD reports and other pre-qualification evidence as specified.
