Overview

The procurement is for the supply and delivery of a school bus for Ongalo Secondary School to Kisumu West NG-CDF. Open to qualified bidders in transport procurement; bidders should meet standard public-tender qualifications (eligibility, tax clearance, etc.) and align with the Kisumu West NG-CDF standard tender process. Requirements

• Tender security of KES 200,000 (bank guarantee or insured guarantee).
• Tender validity as specified in the data sheet (commonly 120 days).
• Tenders quoted in Kenya Shillings and include all taxes; fixed price unless TDS allows modification.
• Complete tender documents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, JV documents if applicable, Manufacturer’s Authorization if required, tax clearance, and eligibility/conformity evidence.
• Compliance with eligibility/qualification rules (no public-officer involvement, no conflicts of interest, JV rules, etc.).
• Goods/related services must meet technical specs; for some items, Kenyan-origin sourcing is required (as listed in 4.4).
• Page serialization, and submission in one original and one copy; electronic tenders not permitted.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents free from www.tenders.go.ke and www.ngcdf.go.ke (PPIP/NG-CDF sites).
• For clarifications, contact the Fund Office (see documents) and follow ITT requirements; addenda may be issued.
• Prepare all documents per ITT, including Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Manufacturer Authorization (if needed), and any JV agreements (see ITT10.2).
• Submit completed tenders in a single sealed package to the Tender Box at Kisumu West NG-CDF Office, Ojolla, Kisumu, before the deadline: 2 July 2026, 11:00 AM (as per tender documents; electronic submission not allowed).
• Provide the tender security with the submission; tenders opened publicly after the deadline.
