Supply and Delivery of Seals, Gaskets & Packing (Once-Off) to Lethabo Power Station. Eskom invites qualified suppliers to bid for a one-off contract to supply seals, gaskets and packing for Lethabo Power Station, with delivery on a as-and-when-required basis and payment under NEC3 terms.

Who should bid: firms manufacturers or distributors of industrial sealing components, gaskets and packing, with ISO 9001-based quality management, strong OHS controls, and ability to deliver to a power-station environment.

Requirements

• Eligibility and conduct
• Not restricted to do business with Eskom; bidders may be individuals, JVs or consortia; must avoid conflicts of interest; not on tender defaulters lists.
• Documentation and standards:
• Signed Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact; authorisation form; Acknowledgement/Particulars forms; SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2; Pricing Schedule/BOQ (PDF + Excel); Local/Imported Content declarations if applicable.
• Quality and safety: ISO 9001-based QMS requirement; Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000; Eskom OHS declarations and risk assessments; COIDA good standing; OHS policy and competency evidence.
• Contract terms: NEC3 SC3; Schedule of Deviations; proforma guarantees; E-tendering submission via Eskom portal; 120-day tender validity.
• Scope and pricing: goods detailed in SPECIFICATIONS.pdf; pricing to be provided per Pricing Schedule/BOQ.
• Delivery: to Lethabo Power Station; “as and when required” basis for up to three months in related data; ensure readiness for site access.

How to Apply
