SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SECURITY UNIFORM AT TUGELA VAAL AREA OFFICE

Overview

Supply and delivery of security uniform at Tugela-Vaal Area Office for the Department of Water and Sanitation. Target bidders are clothing/uniform suppliers with textile/manufacturing capability and BBBEE compliance. Prospective bidders should have apparel/textile experience and be able to meet tax, registration and signing-authority requirements.

Requirements

• Tax compliance with SARS (provide PIN/TCS) and proof; where applicable, CSD registration.
• Active registration with CIPC/CIPRO; provide authorisation (board resolution/proxy) and certified ID copy.
• Local Content Annex C completed and signed (100%).
• BBBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs) to claim points.
• Complete and submit official forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; Pricing Schedule (SBD3.1); SBD7 if contracted.
• Documentation and bid submission prepared in accordance with PPPFA requirements; include CSD/SARS proof and local content declarations.
• Delivery capability: all-inclusive pricing, delivery to Tugela-Vaal site within 7 days of order, inspection on delivery, and items conforming to the specifications.
