Overview

Supply and delivery of Server Network components (Hardware and software) for Vaalputs Office. This ICT procurement targets suppliers with enterprise IT experience in HP/HPE server/storage, Aruba networking, Windows Server 2025, SQL Server 2025, and related licenses, for centralising and modernising NRWDI’s Vaalputs ICT infrastructure (RFQ NRWDI/ICT/2026-05). Bidders should understand public-sector procurement requirements and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, BBBEE).

Requirements

• Quote fully according to the price table and scope of work.
• Submit before the RFQ closing date/time to the correct email.
• Provide a minimum of two client reference letters for electrical power equipment supply.
• Provide a minimum of two client reference letters for network/server equipment supply.
• Provide a valid OEM Partner/Provider certificate or OEM confirmation if the bidder is the OEM.
• Submit ID copies of owners/directors as reflected on official registrations (e.g., CIPC, CSD, BBBEE).
• Tax/compliance: ensure tax matters are in order; disclose if listed on restricted/tender defaulters list.
• Attach completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms; indicate ISO 9001 status if applicable.
• Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (except foreign bidders with no local entity).
• Delivery address: 3 Basson Street, Springbok, Northern Cape.
