SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEWERAGE WATER PUMPS SPARES AND INSTRUMENTS AS PER SIZES OVER 36 MONTHS

Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of sewerage water pumps spares and instruments stock items for 36 months. Service providers in pumps, motors, metering instruments, and related sewerage/pump spare parts with necessary vendor registrations, tax compliance, and quality certifications should consider bidding. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Tax Clearance (SARS PIN) or Tax Clearance certificate.
• SABS approval certificate and proof of bank rating.
• Certified copies of identity documents for directors/owners; company registration; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Proof of address (water/electricity bill not older than 3 months) or lease agreement.
• Completion of all Municipal Bidding Documents (MBDs) and submission on official forms.
• Compliance with PFMA/GCs; no awards to persons in the service of the state.
• Preference points: 80/20 price/Specific Goals; claim Previous Disadvantaged Individuals and Local Empowerment goals (with required documentation).
• Pricing: firm prices (no rate variation); total bid price inclusive of taxes.
• Tender validity: 90 days from closing date.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents from the E-tender Portal (www.e-tenders.gov.za) from 15 Oct 2026; non-refundable bid fee of R2000 to AbaQulusi Municipality, plus admin copy fee of R1500 (proof of payment required) (see Pricing/Documents in the attached tender doc).
