SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SINGLE AND THREE PHASE PREPAID SPLIT METERS FOR A PERIOD OF TWELVE MONTHS

Overview

Supply and delivery of single- and three-phase prepaid split meters for a twelve-month period to Blue Crane Route Municipality. Bidders with experience in electrical metering equipment, municipal procurement, and related installation and after-sales support should bid.

Requirements

• CSD Supplier Database with Tax Compliant Status.
• Certificate of Good Standing from the local municipality.
• Adhere to Blue Crane Route SCM Policy; provide evidence to claim Specific Goals for HDI, race, gender, disability, youth, and locality.
• Complete all tender forms and data sheets; submit all supplementary information.
• Bids must be in black ink, signed, and submitted in a sealed envelope; late, incomplete, unsigned, faxed, or electronic submissions will not be accepted; held good for 90 days.
• Bid evaluation: 80/20; 80 points for price, 20 for Specific Goals, including HDI status and locality criteria (within BCRM, Sarah Baartman District, Eastern Cape, South Africa).
• The Municipality may accept the whole or part of the bid and is not obliged to accept the lowest bid; complete Section 4.4 Authority of Signatory.
