Supply and delivery of Small Volume Parenterals and Insulin Devices to the Department of Health for the period 01 May 2027 to 30 April 2030. Bidders should be pharmaceutical manufacturers/distributors with SA medicine and medical device licensing, GMP compliance, and capability to supply to the public sector (tax/compliance, CSD, and product registrations).

Requirements

• Licences to manufacture/import medicines (LICMD) and medical devices (LICMI); complementaries (LICCM) if applicable. (Annexure A)
• GMP compliance declaration (PBD5) and Medicines Registration Certificates (MRC) for items offered.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN; Tax Compliance Status; CSD registration (MAAA); separate TCS/CSD for joint ventures.
• BBBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs; 90/10 price-specific points framework.
• Directors/consortium: PBD9.1 (single bid) or PBD9.2 (multi-entity); SBD4 disclosure; PBD3 bid-signature authorisation; other mandatory annexures.
• Additional mandatory documents listed in Annexure A (covering letter, SBD1, PBD4.1, CSD, IDs, licences, GMP, MRC, etc.).

• Submission method: Bids must be on official forms; delivered to the Pharmaceutical Tender Box, Dr AB Xuma Building, Pretoria; electronic submission accepted via the e-tender portal.
• Documents to complete and submit: Official bid forms (SBD1, PBD3, PBD4.1, SBD4, etc.) and Annexure A mandatory documents (LICMD/LICMI/LICCM; MRC; GMP; CSD; SARS PIN; BBBEE). (see 3.- Annexure A)
• Pre-qualifications: Tax compliance (PIN/TCS) and CSD registration; company registrations as required.
