Overview

Supply and delivery of SO3 Spares to Matimba Power Station for five years as and when required. Eskom invites bids from experienced suppliers of SO3 plant spares, with NEC3 SC3 contract familiarity, quality management and local-content capabilities (see ITT SO3.pdf..pdf).

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: register with CSD; CIDB registration appropriate to the scope; not restricted to do business with Eskom; no conflict of interest.
• Documentation and certifications: complete SBD forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1) and attach Annexures A–J, Pricing Schedule in PDF and Excel; provide Schedule of Deviations if any; supplier integrity pact.
• Quality and safety: evidence of QMS/ISO 9001 or equivalent; OHS compliance (policy, risk assessments, good standing); SHEQ documentation as required.
• Commercial and contract terms: NEC3 SC3 contract data governs price adjustments, performance security, liability limits, and dispute resolution; tender validity 180 days; non-compulsory clarification; site-delivery lead times and acceptance criteria.
• Local content and PPPFA: claim B-BBEE points with required documentation; comply with SDL&I/Local Content requirements.
• Clarifications and submission: non-compulsory clarification meeting on 08 September 2026; questions due per Eskom guidelines; submission via Eskom E-tendering (PDF/Excel files; max file sizes referenced in ITT).
