Overview

Supply and delivery of standard laptops (five units) for the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment. The RFQ allows Dell, HP or Lenovo via Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealer status, requires OEM certification, and mandates SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng. Closing date is 19 October 2026; delivery address is Environment House, Pretoria. Annexure A and related annexures specify model options, NETTRACE, and included items (laptop, backpack, lock, keyboard, mouse). RFQ validity is 90 days; bids must include VAT where applicable.

Requirements

• Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealer for Dell/Lenovo/HP with OEM certificate
• SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng and accreditation letter
• Formal quotation on company letterhead with VAT per item, CSD MAAA number, and banking details
• Submit to Quotations1@dffe.gov.za by closing time; include SBDs as required
• Compliance: tax status verification (PIN or CSD), and adherence to 80/20 price-specific-goals system; documentation for specific goals (BBEE ownership, etc.) per SBD6.1
