Overview

Supply and delivery of Standard Laptop to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries & Environment, with Dell, Lenovo or HP options, under RFQ RFQ282 AM (26/27). Bidders must be Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealers for the offered brand and provide OEM certification, and must hold SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng.

Requirements

• Manufacturer’s Authorised Dealer for the brand offered (Dell/Lenovo/HP) with OEM certificate.
• SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng with SITA accreditation letter.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD MA/AAA, CSD number, and submission of required SBD forms.
• Bids must be on official forms, include VAT where applicable, and be accompanied by a formal quotation, CSD report, and proof of accreditation.
• Specific goals points may be claimed under the 80/20 system if applicable, with documentation (e.g., BBBEE evidence).
