Supply and delivery of standard laptops to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE). Bidders must be Manufacturer’s Authorized Dealers for Dell, HP or Lenovo, provide OEM certificates, and be SITA RFB 740 accredited in Gauteng; must submit SBD forms, CSD/MAAA details, and documents to claim specific procurement goals. Requirements

• Manufacturer’s Authorized Dealer for Dell, HP, or Lenovo with OEM certificate.
• SITA RFB 740 accreditation in Gauteng (provide accreditation letter).
• Submit SBD forms, CSD/MAAA details, and documents to claim specific goals.
• Compliance with official bid forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), CSD/MAAA and tax statuses (SARS PIN or TCS) and CSD number where applicable.
• Brand specifications must match Annexures B (Dell), C (HP) or D (Lenovo) and NETTRACE requirements.
• Delivery only after official purchase order; prices must be VAT inclusive; 90‑day RFQ validity; 80/20 price vs specific goals evaluation; up to 20 points for specific goals with documented proof.
