Overview

Supply and delivery of stationeries to Tambach Teachers College (TAMCO14/2026/2027). The tender is open to eligible bidders but is reserved for women; bidders may tender for one or more lots and must demonstrate ability to supply office stationery and related services.

Requirements

• Eligibility and anti-corruption: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; provide a declaration of integrity; no debarment (PPRA); no conflicts of interest.
• Tender security: submit a tender security or tender-securing declaration as per the Tender Data Sheet.
• Qualifications: evidence of qualifications, including any required Manufacturer’s Authorization if you do not manufacture the goods; JV arrangements if applicable; tax clearance (Kenya).
• Goods eligibility and conformity: demonstrate that stationery items meet the tender specifications; provide origin declarations; ensure conformity with technical Schedule of Requirements.
• Legal and financial: nationality/eligibility criteria; comply with tax obligations; sign and authorize tender documents; pages serialized and properly signed.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 21/07/2026 at 11:00 (SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STATIONERIES). Late tenders will be rejected.
• Submission method: physical delivery in a sealed envelope to Tambach Teachers College (Tender Box at college reception) and opening in the College Boardroom.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender and Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture documents (if applicable); Manufacturer Authorization (if required); evidence of eligibility and conformity; serialization of submitted pages. See Section IV and II of the tender documents for details.
• Pre-qualification/registrations: tax clearance (Kenya); other registrations as specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Briefing/clarifications: any pre-tender meeting and clarification process as stated in the Tender Data Sheet; written inquiries within specified periods; addenda will be issued as needed.
• Where to obtain documents: purchase for KSh 1,000 (non-refundable) or download free from www.tambachteacherstraining.co.ke; electronic submissions are not permitted. (See INVITATION TO TENDER).
