Requirements

• Tax clearance/tax compliance verified via CSD.
• Proof of business registration on CSD and proof of company and directors' addresses/lease.
• Certified BBBEE certificate (BBBEE level 1 preferred).
• Proof of municipal service payments or signed lease for company and directors.
• Local content: 100% local production; price quotes inclusive of VAT; MBD 1, 4, 6.1 and Annexure C,D&E, 7.2, 8 and 9 (Supply and Delivery of Stationery).
• Price threshold: quotes within R30,000–R300,000 including VAT; quotes valid for 45 days; 80/20 preference with specific-goals points (BBBEE, residency, youth, disability).
• Bidders must achieve at least 70% functionality to proceed; delivery capability within the specified time frames; locality scoring.
