Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of stationery for 12 months to the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. Suitable bidders are suitably qualified and accredited stationery suppliers with capacity to deliver to public sector clients and experience supplying similar items (see attached tender doc).

Requirements

• CIPC registration documents; Certified copies of director IDs (≤3 months)
• Valid Tax Clearance PIN (SARS) or Tax Compliance Status; VAT status as applicable
• Completed MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD6.2, MBD6.4, MBD8, MBD9
• Billing Clearance Certificate or municipal accounts letter; 30 days overdue rule
• If joint venture: separate TCS/CSD for each partner and lead partner agreement
• Threshold for local content: 100%
• Ensure bidder is on CSD; functionality must score ≥70% (Experience 60; Capacity 40); given 80/20 preference after functionality
• Preference goals: South African, Black, Women, Youth, Disabled, Military Veteran with proofs
